How to Refer a Child A parent, legal guardian, medical professional, or the child himself/herself can refer a child for a wish. If the initial call comes from someone other than the previously mentioned people, we request that the wish family be notified and call the chapter directly on their own behalf. |

To request a wish for a child residing in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, call our chapter's main office at 714 573.WISH (9474). For all others, please contact Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America at (800) 722.WISH for referral to the appropriate chapter or click here to refer a child online. |
