Tributes And Memorials By making a gift to the Make-A-Wish Foundation in honor or in memory of a loved one, you are "paying forward" the good that someone has done in your life. How To Give Print and complete the form and mail your gift to our office or call us at (714)573-9474 ext, 222, Upon receipt of your gift, we will send a card to the family or individual you indicate, acknowledging your donation in their honor, or in memory of their loved one. Gifts In Honor Honor donations are a way to thank someone special in your life or to congratulate an accomplishment. Gifts In Memory Memorial donations are a meaningful way to pay tribute to a relative, friend, or colleague who has passed away. For families requesting donations in memory of a relative: Families may request memorial donations to the Foundation after the loss of a relative, in lieu of flowers. Please inform our office of your intention to do so by calling (714)573-9474 ext. 222. We will then notify your family of all donations received in your loved one's memory. Please ensure that the funeral home has our current organization name and address to print in the obituary. |
